All ready amade products will typically be shipped within 1 week of purchase, unless other wise stated. Before placing your order, please ensure that your shipping address is valid and accurately listed. Shipments are processed automatically, and these details cannot be modified after the point of sale.

 

MADE TO ORDER

For products labeled as "made-to-order," please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be dispatched. This timeframe accounts for production and quality control. Please take this into consideration before placing your order as refunds will not be issued once payment has been processed. We appreciate your patience and aim to reduce production time for made to order products in the near future.

 

RETURNS

Prior to placing your order, please note that pegnosis does not accept liability or provide reimbursement for damaged or lost goods after shipment confirmation. Some variation in construction and quality is to be expected and does not indicate a defect.
