Fulfillment timelines
→ Readymade items & 1/1 originals: ship within 1–2 business days.
→ Made-to-order & POD editions: print-on-demand items (including select fine art editions) require 2–5 business days for professional printing and archival preparation prior to dispatch. Total delivery time equals production time plus standard shipping transit (approx. 5–10 business days total domestic, 7–15 business days international).
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International collectors are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and localized handling fees incurred during transit.
Failed delivery & address accuracy
Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned to the studio due to an invalid address, unclaimed package, or unpaid local customs fees, the collector is responsible for all re-shipping fees required to send the package a second time.
All sales of 1/1 original physical artworks, unique studio builds, and custom commissions are strictly final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be granted once delivered safely.
Open & limited editions
Because edition prints are made-to-order, returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted. If an edition print arrives damaged or defective, please submit high-resolution photographic proof of the packaging and damage via the contact form within 7 days of delivery. Verified damaged items will receive a replacement unit at no additional charge.
Color & screen representation
Due to individual monitor, display calibration, and ambient light settings, physical print colors and material textures may vary slightly from their digital display online. Subtle variations in screen rendering do not constitute a defect or damage.
Commissioned artworks and custom digital/physical production require a non-refundable 50% deposit before work commences. The remaining 50% balance plus applicable shipping costs must be cleared prior to final physical dispatch or delivery of production files.
Cancellations
If a client cancels a commission mid-project, the initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable to cover studio labor, production time, and material allocation.
Commission revision scope
Custom studio commissions and creative direction services include up to two (2) rounds of client revisions as outlined in the initial project proposal. Any additional revisions, scope changes, or alterations requested beyond the agreed milestone scope will be billed separately at the studio's standard rate.
The purchase of a 1/1 original, edition print, or commissioned physical piece grants the collector ownership of the physical medium only. The artist retains all copyright, reproduction, and distribution rights. Physical artwork or digital assets may not be reproduced, resold for commercial licensing, or altered without express written consent.
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Studio operations, fulfillment disputes, and legal matters fall under local and state jurisdiction within Franklin County, Ohio.
